Title: Bachelor of Science
Institution: University of South Africa, South Africa

Level:

Degree.

Description:
The curriculum for the Bachelor of Science degree comprises thirty modules:
At least twenty-four of the thirty modules must be in subjects from the list below. Note that:
- not more than fourteen of the thirty modules may be on first level - at least sixteen of these twenty-four modules must be on second and third level*, and of these at least eight must be on third level* - for the purpose of this rule, Courses I, II and III in Geography or Psychology are each regarded as the equivalent of two, three and five modules respectively.

The curriculum must include at least one major subject.

*This includes PHY401, 404 and 419. PHY404 will be offered for the last time in 1993 and PHY419 will only be available from 1994.

The subjects in which modules/courses may be selected for the Bachelor of Science degree are listed below.
